بلاغ إلى المنظمات الحقوقية والإنسانية الدولية بشأن التهديدات التي يتعرض لها

رئيس تيار مثقفون من أجل جنوب جديد د. سعيد الجريري

    تابع تيار (مثقفون من أجل جنوب جديد) الخبر المفبرك الذي نشره موقع عدن إف إم وتناقلته بقية المواقع وصفحات التواصل الاجتماعي والذي وردت فيه تفاصيل عن عملية اغتيال رئيس التيار الدكتور سعيد سالم الجريري.

وإذ ينفي التيار حدوث عملية الاغتيال، فإنه يؤكد أن ما ورد فيه من تفاصيل لعملية الاغتيال يدل على أن هناك مؤامرة تستهدف حياة الدكتور سعيد الجريري وتصفيته جسدياً، على خلفية ممارسته نشاطاً سياسياً سلمياً مشروعاً تكفله كل المواثيق والعهود الدولية، فضلاً عن أن الخبر يشير إلى التحريض الذي شن ضده منذ أيام من قبل نظام الاحتلال والأحزاب اليمنية وبعض القوى السياسية الأخرى التابعة لنظام الاحتلال.

    وفي هذا الصدد فإن( تيار مثقفون من أجل جنوب جديد) يتوجه إلى الجهات الدولية ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان في بلاغه هذا، ويحيطها علماً بأن رئيس التيار يتعرض لتهديد يمس حياته، وعليه فإننا نضعها أمام مسؤوليتها في حمايته وفقا للدور المنوط بها في حماية الإنسان والدفاع عن حياته وحقوقه، ودورها في الدفاع عن الناشطين السياسيين والكتاب ذوي الأقلام الحرة والفكر المستنير المكرس في خدمة قضايا شعوبهم،  كما أن التيار، في المقابل، يحمل سلطات نظام صنعاء أي تهديد أو خطر يمس رئيس التيار الدكتور سعيد الجريري أو أي من أعضاء التيار، وأن أصابع الاتهام تتوجه إليهم وإلى أتباعهم. وأن على نظام صنعاء وإداراته المعنية في الجنوب الكف عن المساس به بأي شكل من الأشكال..

وإلى ذلك فإننا نكرر مطالبتنا للمنظمات الحقوقية والإنسانية الدولية القيام بواجبها والتحقيق فيما نشر من خبر ومعرفة أسباب نشره ومن يقف وراءه.

      Subject:  The Threats to the head of Intellectuals for a New South "IFNS"

                      Dr. Saeed Salim  Al-Jariri.

Intellectuals for a New South (IFNS) followed the fabricated news  published by Eden FM and  through the rest of the  web-sites, social media and social networking  pages , which contained details of the assassination of Dr. Saeed Salim Al-jariri   the head of  IFNS.

             The time   INFS denies the occurrence of the assassination, it confirms that what is listed as the details of the " fabricated assassination" shows that there is a conspiracy aimed at the life of Dr. Al-jariri through  physical liquidation and that is    for his   peaceful exercise of legitimate political activity guaranteed by all international laws  and conventions . The

news comes as a result of the incitement waged against him days ago by the occupational regime and Yemeni parties and some other political forces of the occupational regime in the South. In this regard, IFNS directs the attention of the international human rights organizations to the fact the head of IFNS is under threat that may come to assassination. 

      Accordingly, we put you all in front of your responsibilities  to protect him  in accordance with the role assigned to you   in the protection of  political activists  and  writers who enlighten people  and direct them to their legal rights and defend them against any expressive or/and physical  assault.  

      IFNS bears the responsibility to the authorities of the Sana'a regime and their followers and supporters in the South any threat or danger out of their prejudicial and aggressive attitude against Dr. Saeed Jariri or any of the members of IFNS, and that the accusation will go to them directly and to their followers.

      So we reiterate our call for international human rights organizations   to carry out their  responsibility and investigate the deployment of the news and find out the reasons for its publications and who has been standing behind it.
