عـــاجـــل نشطاء واكاديميون جنوبيون يوجهون رساله للمجتمع الاقليمي والدولي لما شهده ميدان السبعين الذي يؤكد مشهده الاستفزازي الممتد عند اعلان الحرب لعام1994م..

 

التاريخ:28/فبراير/2013م

قام عدد من النشطاء والأكاديميين في الثورة السلمية الجنوبية الممثلة بالحراك السلمي الشعبي الجنوبي بمشاركة عدد من المراقبين للمشهد الذي تمر به كل مدن وحواضر الجنوب من حيث المفارقة العجيبة في تعامل ما يسمى بحكومة الوفاق  التابعة لسلطة ونظام الاحتلال  بصنعاء  وأخرها ما شهدتة كل مدن وحواضر الجنوب وخصوصاً ما شهدته العاصمة عدن في  فعاليه  يوم الكرامة  الــ21/فبراير/2013م التي راح ضحيتها ما يقارب 25 شهيد و150 جريح ومئات من المعتقلين  من الناشطين في الحراك السلمي الشعبي الجنوبي وما شهدة يوم الاربعاء الموافق 27/فبراير/2013م بميدان السبعين بعاصمة الاحتلال صنعاء من حشود لأنصار مايسمى بالمؤتمرالشعبي لسلطة ونظام الاحتلال بصنعاء الذي يؤكد مشهده الاستفزازي من خطابه الممتد عند إعلان الحرب لصيف عام1994م عند احتلال الجنوب بتوجيه رساله لسفراء الدول الدائمة في مجلس الأمن الدولي وسفراء لدول مجلس التعاون التعاون الخليجي وسفراء الإتحاد الأوربي والى السيد السفير / جمال بن عمر مساعد الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة ومرفقه بمجموعه بروابط الفيديوهات لجرائم وانتهاكات قوى التسلط والنفوذ ومليشياتها المسحله مع كل القوى الظلاميه لسلطة ونظام الاحتلال بصنعاء ليومي 21و22 /فبراير/2013م  الدامي بعدن وحضرموت ..

 طالعنا خلال يوم الاربعاء الموافق 27/فبراير/2013م  عبر وسائل الاعلام  المحلية والعربيه والعالمية فيما شهده  اليوم في ميدان السبعين بعاصمة الاحتلال صنعاء  من حشود  لأنصار ما يسمى بالمؤتمر الشعبي العام  الذي دعاء الية وشاركه الرئيس المخلوع/ علي عبدالله صالح بمناسبة فيما يسمى بيوم التداول السلمي للسلطة بين فرقاء الصراع في الشمال لعاصمة الاحتلتال صنعاء التي تتحالف جميعها على قضيه شعب الجنوب العادله والمشروعة وهذا يعطي دلالاته  الواضحة والحقيقية بكل الجوانب والمجالات الذي يكشف حقيقه القوى الظلاميه المتصارعه للشمال لسلطة ونظام الاحتلال بصنعاء من خلال قراءة المشهد الذي يزيد الامور اكثر تعقيداً خلال مايمر به الوضع في الجنوب جراء ماتقوم به قوى التسلط والنفوذ وبمشاركتها للقوى التطرف والارهاب وكل القوى الظلاميه لسلطة ونظام الاحتلال بصنعاء من انتهاكات وجرائم حرب وضد الانسانيه بحق شعب الجنوب وذلك من خلال المشهد  الذي يوصفه العديد من المراقبين في وسط استغراب وصمت عربي واقليمي ودولي بين ماتشهدة كل مدن وحواضر الجنوب وأخرها لفعالية يوم الكرامة الـــ21 /من فبراير/2013م  بساحة الحرية بخورمكسر بالعاصمة عدن الى غايه يومنا هذا  التي راح ضحيتها ما يقارب الــ25 شهيداً  والــ150 جريحاً والتي قامت السلطات من خلالها  بتنسيق مسبق من عمليات مداهمات  واعتقالات للمئات وجميعهم من أبناء شعب الجنوب وذلك  بسبب ممارسه حقهم المكفول  الذي تكفله كافة  الأنظمة و القوانين والأنظمة والمواثيق الدولية والقانون  الدولي وما حدث ليوم الأربعاء الموافق 27/فبراير /2013م  في ميدان  السبعين في عاصمة الاحتلال صنعاء الذي  يمثل بحد ذاته لمحاوله استفزاز ابناء شعب الجنوب   لمحاوله الانجرار إلى مربع العنف والمصادمات التي تضر بسمعة حراك شعبنا الجنوبي السلمي وتزيد من معاناة المواطن الجنوبي مستخدمة ً بذلك  في لجوؤها  للتغطية الإعلامية وتضليل الرأي العام العربي والدولي وذلك للتغطية على جرائم الاحتلال اليمني مستغلة الدعم الإقليمي والدولي غير المبرر في ظل الشواهد الحية والموثقة بالصوت والصورة للجرائم  والانتهاكات المرتكبة بحق ابنا شعب الجنوب ..

 

السادة الأعزاء أصحاب السعادة .

 

أن لقراءتكم لهذا المشهد الذي يثبت ويكشف امام سيادتكم العديد من الحقائق  الواضحة المعالم بكل دلائلها  التي تحاول قوى التسلط والنفوذ بتحالفها مع قوى التطرف والإرهاب وكل القوى الظلاميه لسلطة ونظام الاحتلال بصنعاء وذلك للوصول في تحقيق أهدافها التي تتناقض ومخترقةً بذلك كل الانظمه والقوانين والأعراف والمواثيق الدولية والقانون الدولي منها :ــــ

 

1-    محاوله نقل الصراع  بين الأطرف المتصارعة  لكل القوى الظلاميه لسلطة ونظام الاحتلال ب من العاصمة صنعاء الى العاصمة عدن بعد  عجز  مهام  ما تسمى بحكومة الوفاق من القيام  وتاديه واجبها الإنساني وإجراءات واقعيه ملموسة على الأرض لتهيئه الأجواء بما في ذلك انه تبين عجز لجنة ما تسمى الحوار في الــ12 ألنقطه المتعلقة بقضية شعب الجنوب بما انها لا تلبي لحقوق  وتطلعات شعب الجنوب  .

 

2-    محاوله واخضاع  كل القوى والمكونات للثورة الجنوبيه السلمية الممثلة بالحراك السلمي الشعبي  الجنوبي تحت مبرر ومسمى المشاركة في الحوار الذي تنص عليه المبادرة الخليجيه التي تخص الاطراف المتصارعه في عاصمة الاحتلال  صنعاء وليس لقضيه  شعب الجنوب وحراكة السلمي الشعبي الجنوبي أي شي متعلق بقضيتة العادله والمشروعه   وحقة في حريتة  وسيادته على ارضه واستعاده دولته الحرة المستقله ىالكامله السياده  ومكانته في مؤسسات الشرعية  الدوليه .

 

3-    كشف تحالف  كل القوى  الظلاميه  في عاصمة الاحتلال صنعاء بانها متصارعة فيما بينها، بينما يثبت تحالفها وتوحدها على الجنوب وقضية شعبه العادله والمشروعه.

 

4-    التنصل المتعمد والمقصود  من كل الاستحقاقات الشرعية والمكفوله لقضيه شعب الجنوب الانسانيه والسياسيه والقانونيه وذلك بمافيها لماورد  في قراراي مجلس الامن الدولي برقمي 924/931 لعام 1994م  اللذان يؤكدان في اواخر بنودهما كما جاء نصة ( ان تبقى المسالة قيد النظر الفعلي ) وكذلك  بيان المجلس الوزاري لدول مجلس التعاون  الخليجي الصادر بتاريخ 4ــ5/يونيو/1994م الذي يؤكد في نصة (وانطلاقا من حقيقة ان الوحدة مطلب لابناء الامة العربية، فقد رحب المجلس بالوحدة اليمنية عند قيامها بتراضي الدولتين المستقلتين، الجمهورية العربية اليمنية وجمهورية اليمن الديمقراطية الشعبية، في مايو 1990م، وبالتالي فان بقاءها لا يمكن ان يستمر الا بتراضي الطرفين وامام الواقع المتمثل بان احد الطرفين قد اعلن عودته الى وضعه السابق وقيام جمهورية اليمن الديمقراطية فانه لا يمكن للطرفين التعامل في هذا الاطار، الا بالطرق والوسائل السلمية. وتقديرا من المجلس لدوافع المخلصين من ابناء اليمن في الوحدة فانه يؤكد انه لا يمكن اطلاقا فرض هذه الوحدة بالوسائل العسكرية، كما يبين المجلس ان استمرار القتال لا بد وان يكون له مضاعفات ليس على اليمن وحده وانما على دول المجلس مما سيؤدي بها الى اتخاذ المواقف المناسبة تجاه الطرف الذي لا يلتزم بوقف اطلاق النار، والتشاور مع الاطراف العربية والدولية حول الاجراءات اللازم اتخاذها في مجلس الامن تجاه هذا الوضع المتفاقم بناء على مبادىء ميثاق الامم المتحدة(  وكذلك فيما جاء في بيان دول اعلان دمشق الصادر بتاريخ 6/يوليو/1994م الذي يشدد على التفاوض بين الطرفين  وفق قراري مجلس الامن الدولي برقمي924/931 وبماء جاء في اتفاق موسكو  لوقف اطلاق النار بتاريخ 30حزيران /يونيو/1994م ..

ﻛﻞ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻳﻌﻄﻴﻨﺎ ﺃﺳﺎﺱ ﻟﺒﻠﻮﺭﺓ ﺗﺼﻮﺭ ﻟﻠﺘﻔﺎﻭﺽ ﻟﻠﺒﺪﺀ ﺑﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻧﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻟﻲ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻓﺮﺿﺘﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ الحرب ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﻮﺏ ﻣﻨﺬ صيف 1994م ﻟﺼﺎﻟﺢ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻤﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻜﻼﺕ ﻭﺍﻷﺯﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ وﺍﻟﺤﻘﺎﺋﻖ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻔﺮﺽ ﻧﻔﺴﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ الواقع  من خلال ما تم استعراضة من استحقاقات لقضيه شعب الجنوب  الانفه الذكر دعوتنا لسيادتكم ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان الدوليه بعد قراتكم لهذا المشهد للمفارقة  العجيبة في التعامل بين ما يحدث من انتهاكات وجرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الانسانيه التي يندا له جبين الانسانيه بحق شعب الجنوب وذلك لتحقيق نتائج ايجابيه بمضمون تبني سيادتكم لمبادرة تتعلق بقضية شعب الجنوب من خلال ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺎﻭض الندي بين الدولتين والسياديتين الجنوب بدولته (جمهوريه اليمن الديمقراطية الشعبيه) والشمال بدولته(الجمهورية العربية اليمنية) تحت إشراف دولي وفي دوله محايدة وتحت سقف زمني محدد بعد الاعتراف من قبل الطرف الأخر لقضية شعب الجنوب وحاملها السياسي والشرعي الحراك السلمي الشعبي الجنوبي  بضمانات ومرجعيات اقليميه ودوليه بالالتزام وتحمل الطرف الاخر الشمال بما يترتب وسيتخذ بموجبة من قرارات  التي تكفل لحق شعب الجنوب حقة في حريته وسيادته على ارضه واستعادة دولته الحرة المستقلة ومكانتها في مؤسسات الشرعية الدولية كضمان لعامل الامن والاستقرار بين الدولتين  والاقليم والمنطقه.
